FAUBOURG PROMOTION HAS HANDED OVER A SECOND PROJECT AT THE VAL VERT PARK IN LE PLESSIS-PATE (ESSONNE)

8 July 2019
FAUBOURG PROMOTION, the planner and developer specialising in business premises within the IDEC GROUP, has just handed over the keys to a new project at Val Vert Park developed by its teams in Le Plessis-Pâté (Essonne). This project covering almost 2500 m² required eight months of work and will house the NEOVIA firm.

SECOND PROJECT AT THE VAL VERT PARK

The teams from FAUBOURG PROMOTION have just handed over the keys to a second project in a row at the Val Vert Park. This programme developed by its teams in the commune of Le Plessis-Pâté, benefits from a prime location close to major roads and various services. These arguments won over the NEOVIA company, who decided to move to business premises here with some high quality architecture

A 2500 M² BUSINESS BLOCK

This project, which stretches out over 2500 m² is now home to this company which specialises in roads. The firm will benefit from this new building to develop its business. The building includes 1800 m² of business space and 700 m² of offices and staff facilities at the headquarters.

ANOTHER ILLUSTRATION OF THE SYNERGY BETWEEN FAUBOURG PROMOTION AND SEQUABAT

The handover of this project for NEOVIA comes just a few months after the delivery of another building in the Val Vert Park in Le Plessis-Pâté. The teams from FAUBOURG PROMOTION and SEQUABAT took care of the construction of a first project covering 3600 m², which is now home to INCORE, a firm specialising in the manufacture and supply of rubber and metal parts for the car industry and aeronautical sector. The two subsidiaries of the IDEC GROUP have once again shown their ability to work together to offer an all-round solution to their clients, making an ideally located site available and designing and building a turnkey business property  project.

Creator of business property, FAUBOURG PROMOTION is there to listen to your requirements and work with you on the development of your projects, offering a sensible solution as you try to make the most of the land available. If you wish to develop some land or build a project, please contact us.
